Business Process Consultant (ITOM / CMDB)

Seeking seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant (BPC) to lead ITOM and CMDB process design, governance, and operating model initiatives within a ServiceNow environment. This role partners with business stakeholders to define future-state processes and ensure successful platform adoption.

Duration: 6+ months
Location: 100% REMOTE
Compensation: $85-95/hr

Seeking seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant (BPC) to lead ITOM and CMDB process design, governance, and operating model initiatives within a ServiceNow environment. This role partners with business stakeholders to define future-state processes and ensure successful platform adoption.

Requirements:

• Recent hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM).
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Now Platform.
• Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and integrations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to independently complete assigned user stories with minimal supervision.

 Responsibilities:

• Lead ITOM and CMDB process design and operating model development. 
• Define CMDB governance, service ownership, and data management best practices. 
• Align Discovery processes with operational and business requirements. 
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and drive process decisions. 
• Map business requirements to ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities.
