- 4+ years’ experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes

- Strong client-service orientation and focus
- Thorough attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to CFSAs
- Experience across a variety of industriesMinimum Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
