An organization is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Detroit, MI to support daily operational activities, customer and vendor interactions, and process improvement efforts. About the Opportunity:

- Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday onsite; Monday and Friday remote

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer and vendor escalations.
- Support vendor operations and ensure activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Process invoices, incentives, and rebates with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Assist with implementing new operational processes and improving existing workflows.
- Identify risks and issues, escalate them appropriately, and help maintain current procedures and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- 1 or more years of customer service experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional phone and email communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Desired Skills:
- College degree in business or a related field.
- Experience with customer support or vendor-facing operations.
- Familiarity with vehicle re-marketing.
