Description

An organization is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Detroit, MI to support daily operational activities, customer and vendor interactions, and process improvement efforts. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who brings strong critical thinking, organization, and communication skills.

About the Opportunity:

  • Shift: Day shift
  • Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday onsite; Monday and Friday remote
  • Hours: Standard business
  • Setting: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer and vendor escalations.
  • Support vendor operations and ensure activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Process invoices, incentives, and rebates with attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Assist with implementing new operational processes and improving existing workflows.
  • Identify risks and issues, escalate them appropriately, and help maintain current procedures and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional phone and email communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Desired Skills:

  • College degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience with customer support or vendor-facing operations.
  • Familiarity with vehicle re-marketing.
  • Exposure to Coupa.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
