    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst (BPA) to support a Transformation Management Office (TMO) on business process analysis, process improvement, strategic initiatives, performance management, and stakeholder coordination.

    The ideal candidate will have strong experience analyzing current-state business processes, identifying inefficiencies, developing future-state processes, and implementing sustainable improvements using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct business process analysis through stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, data analysis, and process assessments.
    • Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, inefficiencies, and root causes.
    • Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, SOPs, and supporting documentation.
    • Apply Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies to develop practical recommendations.
    • Support strategic and enterprise-level improvement initiatives.
    • Develop project plans, milestones, action items, and initiative tracking tools.
    • Coordinate with initiative leads, sponsors, SMEs, and stakeholders.
    • Identify and track risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
    • Conduct feasibility, risk, and optimization analysis for proposed process changes.
    • Develop and maintain KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting tools.
    • Prepare executive-level reports, recommendations, summaries, and presentations.
    • Support change management, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption activities.
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops, workgroups, and process improvement sessions.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and deliverables within established timelines.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • 3 5+ years of professional Business Analyst experience.
    • Experience supporting strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, or enterprise-level improvement efforts.
    • Experience in government, public health, healthcare, finance, regulatory, or other regulated environments.
    • Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, and implementation documentation.
    • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
    • Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Change Management, or Business Analysis certification/training.
    • Master's degree in MBA, MHA, or related field.
    Important Requirement

    Candidates must be willing and available to work onsite in Oklahoma City 3 4 days per week and attend a one-round in-person interview.
