We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst (BPA) to support a Transformation Management Office (TMO) on business process analysis, process improvement, strategic initiatives, performance management, and stakeholder coordination.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience analyzing current-state business processes, identifying inefficiencies, developing future-state processes, and implementing sustainable improvements using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business process analysis through stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, data analysis, and process assessments.
- Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, inefficiencies, and root causes.
- Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, SOPs, and supporting documentation.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies to develop practical recommendations.
- Support strategic and enterprise-level improvement initiatives.
- Develop project plans, milestones, action items, and initiative tracking tools.
- Coordinate with initiative leads, sponsors, SMEs, and stakeholders.
- Identify and track risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
- Conduct feasibility, risk, and optimization analysis for proposed process changes.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Prepare executive-level reports, recommendations, summaries, and presentations.
- Support change management, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption activities.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, workgroups, and process improvement sessions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and deliverables within established timelines.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3 5+ years of professional Business Analyst experience.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, or enterprise-level improvement efforts.
- Experience in government, public health, healthcare, finance, regulatory, or other regulated environments.
- Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, and implementation documentation.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Change Management, or Business Analysis certification/training.
- Master's degree in MBA, MHA, or related field.
Important Requirement
Candidates must be willing and available to work onsite in Oklahoma City 3 4 days per week and attend a one-round in-person interview.
