Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to support complex, mission-focused environments within the public sector. The ideal candidate will lead advisory-level process improvement, workflow optimization, and quality assurance initiatives for critical government programs. This role requires a highly cleared professional who can navigate a fast-paced, high-security environment while re-engineering workflows and driving enterprise transformation. Key Responsibilities:
Lead advisory-level process improvement initiatives within complex, technical, and mission-focused environments.
Analyze current business processes, re-engineer workflows, and optimize overall operations to support enterprise transformation.
Develop, improve, and rigorously audit quality processes across technical and mission-focused programs.
Track team projects and effectively maintain the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
Utilize industry-standard process modeling techniques and tools, such as BPMN, Microsoft Visio, or Lucidchart.
Apply established quality frameworks, including ISO 9001, CMMI, and Lean Six Sigma principles, to drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide expert advisory services through excellent communication and comprehensive documentation.
Operate seamlessly and effectively within a high-security, fast-paced, and matrixed operational environment.
Required Qualifications:
Must possess an active and current TS/SCI security clearance.
Must hold a Lean Six Sigma certification at the Green Belt level or higher.
Must hold a Bachelor's degree with 5 to 8 years of experience, a Master's degree with 3 to 5 years of experience, or a Ph.D. with 0 to 2 years of experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting government, defense, or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
Proven background in quality assurance, process management, mission assurance, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
Strong proficiency with process modeling techniques and applications, such as BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart.
Native or bilingual proficiency in the English language.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced tenure of 12 to 15 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 10 to 13 years with a Master's degree, or 7 to 9 years with a Ph.D.
