The position involves planning, governance, and performance monitoring of business initiatives.
Candidates should be adept in using project management and business intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional planning discussions to support resource allocation and sequencing across portfolios.
Coordinate regular planning sessions to align portfolios and understand current work streams and outcomes.
Monitor portfolio processes and metrics, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
Develop governance practices to enhance performance and reduce costs.
Create executive-level reports and metrics to visualize complex information.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in a Portfolio Management Office or similar setting.
Advanced knowledge of project lifecycles and management methodologies.
Ability to work independently in a matrixed environment.
Expert communication skills, both verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
