What You'll Do

• Support FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
• Perform accounting entries and generate financial reports using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Foresight.
• Develop and maintain monthly reporting packages and financial dashboards.
• Manage CAPEX through the Stratex digital tool for various global entities.
• Analyze financial results using systems like ASPIRE, APMR, and SAP.
• Support month-end close processes, including journal entries and allocations.
• Conduct economic research on financial topics such as rates of return and working capital.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5 years of validated experience in relevant financial roles.
• Strong proficiency with financial systems and Excel.
• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for simplification.
• Demonstrated success in a multinational, matrixed organization.

Preferences

• CPA certification.
• Experience with Alteryx and internal financial systems.

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am-5pm

Travel: 5% domestic
