• Experience with 501c3 documents, Foundation, and Trusts
• Create corporate entity documents and file new and annual reports with appropriate government agencies, including the Nevada Secretary of State
• Prepare licensing and permits for various state agencies
• Prepare and maintain a database for all contracts and claims for multiple business entities
• Assist in any contracts
