The Opportunity:

CACI has a great opportunity for a Business Operations Specialist. This position is responsible for providing customer service support through transactional, administrative, and repeatable services to the organization in an efficient and timely manner. This position will work in a collaborative environment to provide administrative support for employee transactions and inquiries.

This position is located at our business complex in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes employee transactions, related to pre-hire and post-hire operations, within our HRIS system.

  • Ensure all data is correct and required approvals and forms are obtained within a structured reoccurring deadline period.

  • Assist employees and Managers with inquires via our ticketing system.

  • Provide training and support to ensure compliance with established process and procedures to improve service delivery.

  • Communicate effectively to employees on policy & procedures, providing education on where necessary.

  • Partner with team members to facilitate a weekly scripted online presentation on to all new hires across the organization on.

  • Work with peers and leadership to ensure effective handoff of escalated cases.

  • Develop and follow departmental SOPs, updating as needed.

  • Partner with other parts of the business to assist in resolving various issues.

  • Support the organization by providing ad hoc administrative support.

  • Work collaboratively in a team and learning environment.

Qualifications:Required: 

  • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a customer service at a large complex company.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Strong attention to detail.

  • Operate with a sense of urgency.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong sense of customer service.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication, both written and verbal.

  • Adaptability and flexibility.

Desired:

  • Experience using Workday.

  • Experience using ServiceNow.

  • Experience in a complex business setting.​
