    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with the VP of Materials Execution & Supply Planning and their leadership team to coordinate priority initiatives, operating rhythms, and business reviews.

    • Drive program plans for cross-functional initiatives supporting materials readiness, supply planning, supplier execution, order fulfillment, inventory health, and NPI readiness.

    • Translate leadership direction into actionable workplans with defined milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and success measures.

    • Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly execution cadences, including shortage reviews, supplier commit reviews, clean-to-build readiness, backlog recovery, and supply-risk escalation forums.

    • Gather, synthesize, and communicate program status, supply risks, decisions needed, and mitigation progress for leadership audiences.

    • Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and meeting materials that provide clear visibility into supply availability, fulfillment performance, inventory exposure, and program health.

    • Track key operational metrics, including supplier commit attainment, clean-to-build rate, schedule adherence, on-time delivery, backlog aging, inventory turns, E&O exposure, expedite cost, and NPI readiness.

    • Partner with functional leads to identify risks and dependencies early, coordinate mitigation actions, and escalate issues requiring leadership decisions.

    • Support constrained-supply and allocation decision processes by organizing scenario inputs, documenting tradeoffs, tracking decisions, and following through on committed actions.

    • Facilitate cross-functional alignment among external manufacturing partners, suppliers, sourcing, planning, logistics, warehouse operations, finance, and product teams.

    • Maintain clear action logs, decision records, risk registers, and follow-up mechanisms to improve accountability and execution consistency.

    • Identify opportunities to simplify reporting, reduce manual work, and improve operating efficiency through process standardization, automation, AI-enabled tools, and improved data visibility.

    • Support continuous-improvement efforts that strengthen planning accuracy, exception management, escalation paths, and end-to-end execution discipline.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.

    • 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, supply chain, manufacturing operations, planning, logistics, or a related field.

    • Experience coordinating cross-functional programs or operational initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines.

    • Strong ability to build and maintain program plans, track actions and risks, and drive follow-through across teams without direct authority.

    • Experience developing concise, executive-ready presentations, dashboards, business reviews, and status communications.

    • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational data, metrics, and reporting tools to identify trends and support decisions.

    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a changing environment.

    • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for operational and leadership audiences.

    • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills across a range of functions and levels.

    • Familiarity with supply chain, materials management, manufacturing, fulfillment, inventory, or hardware operations.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools; experience using AI or automation tools to improve productivity is a plus.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting a Vice President, senior leadership team, Chief of Staff, or business operations function.

    • Experience in high-tech hardware, cloud infrastructure, external manufacturing, or complex global supply-chain environments.

    • Familiarity with supply-planning, ERP, inventory-management, or reporting systems.

    • Experience supporting shortage management, supplier execution, order fulfillment, NPI readiness, inventory planning, or E&O mitigation.

    • Experience with Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Power Automate, or similar reporting and automation tools.

    • PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable program-management certification.
