Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager – Marketing Operations to provide financial, operational, and process leadership across a fast-paced B2B technology marketing organization. This role will serve as a key operational partner to Brand, Creative, Digital, Events, AI, Leadership Marketing, and Global Communications teams, helping bridge the gap between enterprise finance/procurement processes and the realities of modern marketing execution. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in marketing finance, budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and process design, along with the ability to operate independently and improve operational workflows in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage integrated marketing budgets, forecasts, accruals, purchase orders, and spend tracking across multiple functions and cost centers.
• Build and maintain budget dashboards, variance analyses, and operational reporting to provide leadership with real-time financial visibility.
• Manage the full invoice lifecycle including routing, approvals, reconciliation, and payment coordination while ensuring alignment with contracts, SOWs, and POs.
• Oversee vendor and agency operations including onboarding, contracting, renewals, performance tracking, compliance management, and offboarding.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Legal to streamline processes, reduce friction for marketing teams, and implement scalable operational workflows.
• Support annual planning, quarterly reforecasting, headcount modeling, campaign budgeting, event P&Ls, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Must-have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Finance, Business Operations, or a related function within a B2B technology environment.
• Strong expertise in budget management, forecasting, accruals, purchase orders, invoice management, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor contracts, agency retainers, campaign budgets, sponsorships, and event financials.
• Proven ability to design and improve operational processes while effectively partnering with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and marketing stakeholders.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience in semiconductor, enterprise storage, enterprise infrastructure, or B2B technology marketing.
• Background in high-growth or resource-constrained organizations where processes are still evolving.
• Prior consulting or contract experience requiring rapid onboarding and cross-functional influence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to independently establish structure, drive operational excellence, and enable marketing teams to execute efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
