As a Business Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the program’s short-term and long-term strategic goals. You will work directly with senior program management, analyze evolving business metrics, and serve as a liaison between the program and CACI’s business support functions to resolve complex program-related issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of business operations professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Analysis and Liaison:
• Analyze an ever-evolving set of business performance metrics.
• Serve as a liaison between the program and CACI business support functions.
• Solve complex non-technical program-related matters.
• Identify program process gaps or concerns that could impact program priorities and recommend solutions.
• Enterprise IT Program Understanding:
• Connect current and future program requirements with impacts to Contracts, Subcontracts, Staffing, Finance, Accounting, Security, Labor Charging, Customer and Corporate Reporting, Business Development (BD), IT, and Facilities.
• Communication and Presentation:
• Present effectively in front of Contracting Officers (CO’s), Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTRs), and other Government and corporate leadership.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Analytical and Organizational Skills:
• Exhibit strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Adapt quickly to changing short-term priorities based on program needs.
• Delivery Standards:
• Maintain a level of effort ensuring 100% on-time delivery of high-quality program CDRLs.
• Coordination and Alignment:
• Assist in keeping support functions informed, coordinated, and aligned with the program’s short-term and long-term strategic goals.
• Support the program’s Workforce Management team and hiring managers in analyzing new hires’ impacts on contract value and finance’s forecast projections.
• Subcontracting Management:
• Possess a strong understanding of the subcontracting management process.
• Coordinate new subcontractor onboarding and address subcontractor business concerns in collaboration with CACI’s Shared Service Center (SSC).
• Technical Proficiency:
• Expert in Excel.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
• Independently challenge own analysis assumptions and professionally challenge the analysis of others.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the unique challenges of large Enterprise IT programs
  • 12+ years experience managing a team of business operations professionals
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team effectiveness and achievement of program goals.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
• Experience with delivering customer reporting requirements.
• Experience with CACI support structure and working with the Shared Services Center (SSC).
• Experience with Pricing large ECP/ROMs and interacting with government auditors.
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation and Cost Accounting Standards.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$131,700 - $289,700
