Overview:
The Business Operations Coordinator works with the Director of Operations (DOO) – Whitefoord to oversee daily functions and advance organizational priorities. This role leads cross‑department process improvement efforts as directed by the DOO‑Whitefoord and plays a key role in managing internal and external projects that contribute to operational growth and new initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in a professional environment with operational responsibilities.
- Ability to generate complex documents and reports via software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficient in communication strategies, verbally, written, and non-verbal.
- Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and vendor management.
- Strong critical, creative and analytical thinking, decision making and innovative problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop proficiency in business systems to assist cross‑department use.

- Submit procurement requests, track approval status, and communicate order updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify operational workflow challenges and collaborate with leaders on recommended improvements.
- Assist with cross‑department operational activities to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Evaluate business processes quarterly under the guidance of the DOO and prepare recommendations for review.
- Assist the DOO-Whitefoord with project coordination, vendor communication, and documentation for new initiatives.
- Provide timely updates to leadership on project status, operational tasks, and milestone progress.
