Transition Manager 5

Procurement is delivering a portfolio of technology and process changes that affect how employees across the business buy goods and services, engage external workers, and follow Procurement processes. We are hiring a Transition Manager to lead the people side of that change, including readiness, training, adoption, and communications.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and execute transition and readiness plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and adoption measures
  • Identify affected user groups, define what changes for each, and prepare them ahead of go-live
  • Develop training content, job aids, and enablement materials in a consistent, reusable format
  • Build executive-ready presentations and status materials for Procurement leadership
  • Write clear, audience-appropriate communications for employee, stakeholder, and leadership audiences
  • Track readiness, escalate risks early, and keep project leads informed of adoption gaps

Role 1: Transition Manager 5

· Coordinate user participation through testing cycles, including scheduling, instructions, and issue follow-up

· Drive readiness for high-impact employee populations most affected by the change

· Partner with our Managed Service Provider on training materials and delivery

· Own go-live readiness for each required Geo release

· Produce and publish weekly communications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of transition management, change management, or organizational readiness experience on enterprise programs
  • Proven record preparing large user populations for system or process change, including global or multi-region rollouts
  • Strong communication skills. Writing, editing, and audience-specific messaging are required
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and a design background. We expect polished, visually clear materials for executive audiences
  • Experience building training content and enablement programs from scratch
  • Ability to work independently, set structure where none exists, and move quickly with limited direction
  • Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams
  • Experience with global rollouts across multiple regions and time zones is preferred

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

· Change management certification such as Prosci or ADKAR is recommended
