Description

Job Title: Footwear Operations Specialist II
Location: Beaverton, OR
Salary Range: $40-42

Introduction

As part of a highly motivated, technically focused learning and development team, you will contribute to building foundational footwear knowledge and advancing technical and functional expertise across the Footwear Product Creation organization. You will work closely with program managers and content creators to ensure the effective planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or 4 years of equivalent education, experience, and training
  • Proficiency with MIRO and Airtable, whiteboarding and database tools
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Premier) and Client Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize, and deliver outcomes
  • Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail; organized and analytical
  • Strong creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify needs, research solutions, and drive appropriate actions
  • Prior work experience in the footwear industry is highly desirable
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Learning and development experience
  • Adobe LMS and Articulate Rise360 experience
  • Workday experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs and training experiences
  • Coordinate instructional activities, exercises, and logistics for classes and programs
  • Assist in gathering feedback, developing criteria, and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Maintain and update learning content, resources, and training materials
  • Develop and maintain supplemental learning assets, including job aids and quick reference guides
  • Manage project plans, program playbooks, and documentation
  • Create communications, schedules, dashboards, and status updates
  • Document meeting outcomes, decisions, action items, and next steps
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables with proactive communication
  • Support the implementation of operational processes, standards, and best practices
  • Research and evaluate learning technologies and digital tools
  • Coordinate classroom operations and ensure inclusive learning practices
