    Summary

    The Business Operations Analyst will work on projects for existing business processes for the purpose of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives. The Analyst will work with leaders across multiple departments to better understand business needs and strategy.

    Essential Functions

    · Gather, organize, and analyze information

    · Contribute and execute on multiple projects

    · Provide daily support for departmental operations

    · Perform statistical analyses to support business decisions using tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI

    · Provide insight for process improvement across functional areas

    · Contribute to accurate goal setting, clear communication, and precise execution of company objectives

    · Other tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    · Bachelors Degree, or equivalent years of experience.

    · GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale

    · Finance, Accounting or Economics majors preferred

    · Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills

    · Strong verbal and written communication skills

    · Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills

    · The ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions

    · The skills to synthesize information, distill relevant facts and reach logical conclusions

    · Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    · Involvement in extracurricular activities, on-campus organizations, and/or community, public service or similar activities is preferred

    · Internship experience or work experience in finance is preferred

    Supervisory Responsibility:This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Work Environment and Physical Demands:

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    This is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are primarily Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Occasional weekends may be required.

    Travel:  No travel is expected for this position.
