Position Description:

The Business Operations Administrator supports Applied Medical Distribution Corporate (AMDC) by entering distributor and hospital-owned warehouse sales traces into SAP and auditing entries for accuracy. This role also researches and resolves pricing discrepancies, processes distributor rebates, and serves as a key point of contact for internal teams and external customers on sales trace and account related inquiries.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Enters distributor and hospital owned warehouse sales traces into SAP and audits entries for accuracy.
• Serves as backup for the Business Operations Specialist and Manager on quarterly Field Implementation Training (FIT) global status changes.
• Partners with the New Accounts team to identify new indirect hospital accounts and works with the Pricing team and distributors to research and resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Processes distributor rebates and maintains the Sales team's organization chart, updating team member status changes in SAP.
• Audits daily Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and manages sales trace checklists and desk procedures.
• Generates daily sales trace reports and responds to daily inquiries from internal team members and external customers.
• Completes vendor forms requested by customers and maintains a library of resources.
• Identifies opportunities for automation and partners with internal teams to transition manual processes, including tracking and managing Field Implementation Training (FIT) projects that support the sales team.

• Maintains accurate, timely sales trace entries and audits in SAP.
• Resolves pricing discrepancies quickly through strong cross-team collaboration.
• Responds to internal and external inquiries with clear, professional communication.
• Identifies and implements automation opportunities that improve efficiency.
• Provides dependable backup support to the Business Operations team.

Position Requirements:

This Position Requires the Following Skills and Attributes

• Holds a bachelor's degree.
• Brings one to three years of administrative and customer service experience.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Manages multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Demonstrates strong follow up skills.
• Applies working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Communicates clearly and professionally in writing and verbally.
• Exhibits a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for collaborating within a team.
