    Description

    Summary/Objective:
    Develop new and manage existing businesses from consumer clients in Texas and the southern region; ensure overall operational efficiency and productivity of the regional office.
    Essential Functions:
    A. Retail Banking
    1. Develop new consumer customers and process the account opening procedure
    2. Follow the bank's policy and procedure, including but not limited to Credit, Compliance, Operation
    B. Corporate Banking (CRE, C&I)
    1. Develop new corporate customers and process the account opening procedure
    2. Assist AO doing review and analysis of loan applications to ensure they are within lending guidelines.
    3. Review loan documents and perform the underwriting process
    4. Assist AO on all loan approval related work
    5. Complete the input and approval process through related systems
    6. Perform the credit monitoring and loan portfolio management, conduct the loan review process with assistance from AO.
    7. Follow the bank's policy and procedure, including but not limited to Credit, Compliance, Operations

    Travel Requirements:
    Moderate travel within region is required to visit prospective customers/clients.

    Required Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance. Three plus years of CRE underwriter or relationship management experience and knowledge of regional market

    Additional Qualifications:
    Eligible to work in the United States.
