Twin Lakes Extended Care is hiring a full-time Business Office Manager to oversee billing, collections, Medicaid processing, and financial operations within our skilled nursing facility. We're looking for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable working directly with residents and families regarding financial matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage billing, collections, and private pay accounts
- Assist residents and families with financial obligations
- Process Medicaid applications and supporting documentation
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Execute admissions agreements
- Coordinate insurance authorizations and appeals
- Maintain accurate and compliant financial and resident records
Qualifications:
- Experience in billing, collections, or business office operations preferred
- Long-term care or healthcare experience a plus
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
