JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Financial Services, the Business Office Intern provides administrative and operational support to the Financial Services, Payroll and Purchasing teams. This entry-level role is designed for a recent college graduate or an individual completing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. The position offers hands-on experience with financial processes, client service, reporting, account reconciliations, and day-to-day financial operations while developing a strong foundation for future career growth within the organization. The internship will be part-time for four (4) months, at 24 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
