Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
This position will play a key business leadership role on one of V2X's flagship programs, supporting the maintenance and readiness of the T-45 Goshawk-the U.S. Navy's advanced jet trainer. The T-45 is a critical bridge between foundational flight instruction and tactical fleet aircraft, preparing Student Naval Aviators for the demands of high-performance jet operations, formation flying, instrument procedures, tactical maneuvering, and carrier aviation.
As Business Manager III, you will lead the financial and business disciplines that keep this mission moving-from program planning and forecasting to cost control, compliance, and executive decision support. Your work will help maximize aircraft availability, training continuity, and responsible stewardship of customer resources.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained. (One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required)
Experience:
6+ years of related professional experience.
Ability to provide internal training and workflow delegation within the department.
Demonstrated abilities to lead projects and build successful teams within an organization.
SAP (or other ERP) system experience is critical for the success of the position.
Proficient in the use of computers and computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
In-depth knowledge of contractual programs, company organization, policies, and procedures.
Ability and willingness to travel for company business as required.
Maintains the highest ethical personal and professional standards. .

The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
USD $110,000 - $150,000
Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
