Duties
Budget, audit documentation, contracts and payroll status forms, FMLA, FOIA, grants, IMRF and TRS reporting, journal entries, and payroll taxes.
Qualifications
Bachelor''s Degree and related experience in any of the following areas: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Educational Administration; experience in accounting, finance, and operations in business, education, or governmental agencies.
Salary/Benefits
Salary will be negotiated with the selected candidate based on all factors involved including, but not limited to expertise, skill, and prior experience. It is anticipated that the starting salary range is $50,500-$72,300, which will be negotiated as described above.
Additional Notes
This position will supervise the Payroll & Human Resource Coordinator and Accounts Payable Coordinator.
