The Business Management Pathway Instructor will develop and deliver a rigorous, student-centered CTE program focused on business, entrepreneurship, marketing, and finance for high school scholars.
Responsibilities include designing engaging, project-based lessons aligned with industry trends; guiding students through a Junior Capstone Project and securing senior-year internships; and fostering professional skills such as communication and critical thinking.
The role involves building partnerships with local businesses, coordinating experiential learning opportunities, and supporting program growth and continuous improvement.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree (preferably in related fields), valid teaching certification or eligibility, and experience in teaching or industry. Strong facilitation, collaboration, and technology skills are essential, along with a commitment to equity, student agency, and real-world relevance.
Salary starts at $65,000, commensurate with experience.
