Business Litigation Attorney: Sophisticated Commercial Disputes in San Francisco

Our client, a well-regarded San Francisco firm, is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience for its Financial District office. The group handles contract, partnership, commercial, and business tort disputes for companies, executives, and investors throughout Northern California.

This is an in-office role in San Francisco, where you will work closely with partners and a collaborative litigation team.

What You'll Do

• Manage business and commercial litigation from pleadings through trial or arbitration
• Draft motions, discovery, and briefs in state and federal court
• Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings and mediations
• Counsel clients on litigation risk and business goals
• Work with partners on case strategy and client development

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of business or commercial litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
• Comfort managing files with meaningful independence
• Commitment to working in office as part of a collaborative team
