Business Litigation Attorney: Meaningful Work and Coastal Quality of Life in Santa Barbara

We are working with a respected Santa Barbara law firm that is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The firm handles business, real estate, and commercial disputes for companies, property owners, and high-net-worth individuals throughout the Central Coast.

This is a hybrid role based in downtown Santa Barbara, combining collaborative office days with the flexibility to work from home.

What You'll Do

• Litigate business, contract, partnership, and real estate disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
• Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings and mediations
• Advise clients on litigation risk and resolution strategy
• Work closely with partners on trial preparation and case management

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of business or commercial litigation experience
• Real estate litigation experience is a plus
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• A client-service mindset and the ability to work independently
