What You May Work On

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand needs and objectives
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements
• Support testing, validation, and implementation activities
• Create workflow diagrams, process maps, and business documentation
• Monitor metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives
• Assist with strategic planning and decision-making efforts

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business analysis tools
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications are a plus

Work authorization/security clearance requirements

• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
