Summary
The Analyst, AI & Analytics will help transform the Executive and Equity Compensation function through data analytics, business analysis, AI-enabled solutions, and automation. This role partners closely with leadership to convert complex business needs into scalable analytics products, reporting solutions, and AI-driven workflows that support critical business decisions. The position combines analytical problem-solving, technical expertise, and business acumen to improve reporting, operational efficiency, data quality, and decision support capabilities.
Responsibilities- Apply a product-centric approach to streamline, re-engineer, and automate recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, reconciliations, analyses, and decision-making workflows.
- Evaluate compensation frameworks using quantitative and qualitative data to identify challenges and recommend data-driven AI and automation solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions for benchmarking, scenario analysis, grant reporting, and equity reporting.
- Utilize approved AI tools and automation technologies to support data preparation, classification, reconciliation, anomaly detection, analysis, narrative generation, and ad hoc business inquiries.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows, assistants, and agents that leverage approved data sources and documentation to generate reliable, explainable, and actionable outputs.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear problem statements, requirements, prototypes, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish data definitions, validation controls, quality checks, monitoring practices, and documentation to improve trust, repeatability, and auditability.
- Create executive-level visualizations and narratives that convert complex data into meaningful insights, recommendations, and decision support materials.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across People Analytics, HR Technology, Stock Administration, Payroll, Data and Engineering, Privacy, Security, and Responsible AI functions.
- Evaluate tools and build-versus-buy options and contribute to reusable operating practices that improve scalability and efficiency.
- Handle highly sensitive information with exceptional accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
Education Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative, technology, analytics, business systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience Requirements- 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analytics, business systems, data science, finance, consulting, HR analytics, compensation, or a related field.
- Experience leveraging modern analytics and AI-enabled tools to accelerate data preparation, reporting, automation, and workflow development.
- Proven ability to solve complex or ambiguous business problems and deliver solutions from concept through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Experience building data models, working with large and complex datasets, implementing validation and reconciliation controls, and creating dashboards using Power BI or comparable platforms.
- Experience managing highly sensitive and confidential data with a strong focus on accuracy and governance.
Required Skills- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to design and implement scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of data preparation, reconciliation, classification, validation, and analysis techniques.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Experience creating executive-ready dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, governance, and data quality practices.
Preferred Skills- Experience in executive compensation, equity compensation, total rewards, people analytics, finance analytics, stock administration, or a related domain.
- Business Systems Analyst experience supporting Workday, HRIS environments, or equity administration platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other scripting and automation technologies.
- Knowledge of prompt design, structured outputs, orchestration, and AI evaluation methodologies.
- Experience in evaluating technology solutions and build-versus-buy strategies.
- Experience developing secure, explainable, measurable, and reusable AI-enabled workflows.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $55.24 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
