Business Intelligence Manager

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to own day-to-day BI operations, lead a small data team, and turn business needs into accurate, actionable reporting across a dynamic/growing organization.

This position is on-site in Racho Cordova

Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Lead and mentor a Data Analyst and Data Intern
• Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards
• Manage Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse, and data pipelines
• Maintain Power BI semantic models, DAX, and KPI consistency
• Monitor data refreshes, performance, capacity, and reporting reliability
• Manage workspaces, deployment pipelines, access, and security
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into reporting solutions
• Validate data and ensure reporting accuracy and integrity
• Support reporting impacts related to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Required skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data engineering
• 2+ years leading a team or owning a production reporting environment
• Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and semantic modeling skills
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse, and data pipeline experience
• Strong SQL and dimensional/star-schema data modeling experience
• Working knowledge of Python/PySpark
• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O and Dataverse
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from $115K to $140K, depending on experience.
