Job Description:
Technical lead is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering enterprise-scale data warehouse and analytics initiatives.
This role coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of modern data platforms, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Fabric and data governance using Microsoft Purview.
Should have expertise in delivering projects involving EDW modernization, cloud data platforms, and analytics solutions.
Partner with client on Fabric/Purview integration & implementation
Participate in implementation and integration of Microsoft Fabric components (e.g., OneLake, Data Engineering, Data Factory, Data Science, Power BI).
Communicating with Customer on daily/weekly/need basis to participate in the strategic discussions.
Lead the team of 10 - 20 associates
Knowledge of issue management and risk management, Scope management and resource management.
Self-motivated with an ability to learn and work on project.
Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Data Warehouse and analytics initiatives, from initiation through closure.
Drafting proposals, providing effort estimations, and participating in client presentations
Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.
Collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers to find solutions for projects and operational issues for existing and proposed solutions on Data Governance & Management.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, and analytics.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its role in modern data architectures.
Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance, cataloging, and compliance.
Understanding of Azure data services and BI ecosystems (e.g., Power BI).
Leverage Fabric/Purview implementation experience to lead the delivery in the engagement.
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
Minimum 8+ years of IT project management experience, including large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse or analytics initiatives.
Demonstrated experience leading cloud-based data platform projects.
Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($65.00 - $71.00/Hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
