9+ years of hands-on IBM Cognos development experience (Report Studio, Framework Manager, Cognos Analytics 11/12)
Strong proficiency in SQL across relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2)
Experience with TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics and TI process development is highly preferred
Solid understanding of dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas) and data warehouse concepts
Familiarity with Cognos lifecycle management, deployment, and multi-environment promotion
Exposure to LDAP/Active Directory integration and Cognos security model configuration
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
