Acts as a technical lead and liaison between IT and non-technical program teams across Health and Human Services (HHS). Leverages advanced analytics, SQL, and AI prompting techniques to extract, synthesize, and communicate insights from complex data sources. Supports the development of the HHS Data Integration Hub under PMAS using Agile methodologies. Drives data-driven decision-making, improves reporting accuracy, and promotes data literacy across the organization.Responsibilities:Strategic Liaison & TranslationGather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable data queries.Lead projects using hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies, including sprint planning, epics, user stories, and documentation.Serve as the primary point of contact for federal, state, and internal reporting data needs.Translate complex analytical concepts into clear, non-technical insights for business users.AI Prompting & Data SynthesisDevelop and optimize AI prompts and query strategies to retrieve accurate data from complex datasets.Guide non-technical users in creating effective prompts for data access.Build and maintain a library of query templates and standardized prompts.Validate AI-generated outputs and mitigate risks such as hallucinations.Data Reporting & VisualizationExtract, integrate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external systems.Design and validate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools.Ensure compliance with data governance, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.Provide expertise in interpreting and validating analytical outputs.Data Literacy & TrainingDevelop and deliver training sessions to improve organizational data literacy.Create documentation and tutorials for AI and data tools.Promote a data-driven culture across HHS.Collaboration & Problem SolvingPartner with IT, data engineering, and program teams to resolve data issues.Provide guidance on interpreting trends and answering complex business questions.Stay current on emerging AI and analytics technologies to continuously improve capabilities. **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
