    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

    • 4 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience with data warehousing or data modeling concepts.
    • Experience with translating business requirements to BI solutions.
    • Experience with explaining technical analysis to stakeholders.

    About the job

    As a Business Intelligence Analyst for the Global YouTube Marketing team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining the BI solutions that measure our marketing strategy. You will design, develop, and socialize dashboards and reporting, ensuring data quality and accessibility for advanced analytics. Your technical expertise will enable the marketing team to leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and measure the impact of marketing initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain automated, easy-to-use dashboards that show how our marketing is performing.
    • Conduct deep-dives into specific marketing activities and transform complex data into simple, visual charts and presentations to identify what drives the best results and help the marketing team make quick decisions.
    • Build reporting tools that allow marketing partners to easily access and understand their own performance data.
    • Run the analysis to demonstrate that marketing campaigns are actually driving incrementally.
    • Present data and performance to leadership to ensure marketing's impact is understood across the company.
