Job Summary:This role focuses on enhancing business performance through data analysis and reporting within a revenue operations team. You will be responsible for creating key dashboards and data frameworks to empower the team with clarity and efficiency. Your insights will significantly contribute to strategic decision-making and the scaling of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain performance tracking dashboards.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators.
- Analyze conversion funnels and suggest improvements.
- Synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Automate recurring reporting tasks.
Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced SQL for data manipulation.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
Prior experience in high-growth environments, multi-sided marketplaces, or platform businesses is preferred.
