- Serve as the primary lead for QPHE's project leveraging NC HealthConnex for quality and population health, including final project design and future strategy development.
- Lead policy and financial strategy for the initiative, including support for provider organizations' participation.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including state agencies, Medicaid experts, analysts, technology experts, and vendors.
- Gather and synthesize information and feedback from internal and external stakeholders to inform project decisions.
- Supervise 1-2 full-time staff members supporting the initiative.
- Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and contracting related to the project.
- Utilize strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills to drive project outcomes.
- Manage large, complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and multiple stakeholder requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Apply knowledge of healthcare data policy, health IT, program monitoring, and quality measurement.
- Leverage understanding of Medicaid, healthcare regulations, clinical workflows, medical coding, and electronic health records (EHRs) as needed.
- Experience in analysis of population health and care delivery models is a plus.
