    • Align Quality, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders and keep them moving toward shared milestones
    • Collect product and process information and translate it into clear, actionable guidance for the receiving facility
    • Identify equipment and resource needs and enter the related documentation in internal systems
    • Run cross-functional meetings, including with management, and drive follow-through without direct authority
    • Spot gaps proactively and come forward with solutions rather than waiting to be prompted

    Required Qualifications

    • Background in manufacturing or industrial environments, with hands-on, "boots on the ground” experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • PMP certification
    • Experience with new product introduction, product or process transfers, or facility integrations
    • Education in engineering management, industrial distribution, or a similar leadership-focused discipline. A traditional engineering degree is not required, and we welcome creative backgrounds that show the right experience.
    • Aerospace candidates are welcome, provided they show strong ownership and initiative beyond a tightly defined scope

    Tools/Technologies

Specific systems were not detailed. Familiarity with product documentation, equipment and process specification workflows, and standard project management tools will be helpful.

    • Candidate profile: This role is about communication, coordination, and project leadership, not heavy calculation or theoretical engineering. Look for strong facilitators who thrive on cross-functional influence.
    • Working style: Top candidates hit the ground running, take initiative, and bring solutions along with problems.
    • Growth: The role sits within a product-focused group that is expanding, with potential long-term paths into project management leadership or team management.

    Focused HR Notes:

Primarily and engineer but someone with an project management flair. I'm looking for a self-driven, cross-functional project leader to guide new product integrations and product transfers across its U.S. fabrication facilities. This person acts as a "mini project manager” for each move. They bring Quality, Operations, and Engineering together, gather the product knowledge the receiving facility needs, and make sure go-live is smooth and problem-free.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who likes owning projects from start to finish. It offers real influence over multiple product lines and processes, and a clear path to grow within a newly forming, product-focused team.
