Commercial Property (Fire) and
Commercial Auto coverage. No renewals—just
new sales.
✅ What You’ll Do
- ???? Talk with business owners and decision-makers (B2B conversations!)
- ???? Collect info + submit applications to quote properly
- ???? Quote, follow up, and help coordinate coverage to bind/issue policies
- ???? Meet clients / coordinate locally as needed (Ohio-based)
- ???? Build your underwriting/coverage knowledge as you go
- ???? Track everything in our CRM (leads → quotes → bound policies)
???? What You’ll Sell
- ???? Commercial Property (Fire)
- ???? Commercial Auto
???? Pay & Incentives (W-2)
- ???? Base pay:$15.00/hour
- ???? Plus commissions:Earn another $1000 just for hitting your goal!
???? Target
- ⭐ ~5 bound commercial policies/month
???? Requirements
- ???? Must be able to acquire and maintain an Ohio Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- ????️ Strong communication + confidence speaking with business owners
- ⏱️ Reliable follow-up skills and good time management
- ???? Reliable transportation (if in-person)
