Summary:
The Business Innovation Consultant Lead is responsible for small to large, complex initiatives that will improve operational efficiencies with the Wealth business. Assists with modernizing operational processes like funds movement, account opening, and directed transactional activity.
Works closely with Business Innovation Team & Directors, Business Leaders, National Practice Leads, as well as segment risk, compliance, trust operations, technology, legal, and audit teams, to develop solutions for improvement. Leads teams to reduce/eliminate manual processing, improve efficiencies. Provides regular reporting to Business Innovation Team and/or Management. Collaborates with Private Bank businesses to develop front office training. Delivers problem solving support for larger scale, complex business initiatives.
