Job Description

Manage a broad range of employment-based immigration matters from intake through filing and case completion. Conduct client consultations, troubleshoot case issues, and assist in developing immigration strategies. Analyze documentation and prepare immigration petitions, applications, and supporting materials. Draft visa petitions, support letters, and other immigration-related documents. Communicate regularly with corporate clients and foreign nationals regarding case progress and requirements. Utilize case management systems and reporting tools to monitor case status and maintain data accuracy. Assist with case reviews and quality control processes. Review client billing under attorney supervision. Prioritize caseloads, monitor workflow, and ensure deadlines are met. Support team development by assisting with onboarding, training, and process improvement initiatives. Generate reports and provide updates to leadership as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Immigration Consultant should have: Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Paralegal Certification. Minimum 4 years of business immigration experience, preferably in a law firm, corporate immigration, or professional services environment. Strong knowledge of employment-based non immigrant and immigrant visa processes. Experience drafting immigration petitions and supporting documentation. Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Client-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Experience mentoring, training, or supporting junior team members is preferred.
