Business Generation, Campaign Project Manager

Tesla is seeking a Project Manager to join our Americas Sales and Delivery Organization, supporting the Business Generation team. In this role you will lead projects that drive awareness and conversion. Driving the projects that excite and educate mass-market.

You will work across growth programs - events, media, and field-led outreach - from end to end. You will partner with various stakeholders both internal and external to stand up initiatives, keep them on track, and use performance to decide what to scale, fix, or stop. The work is hands-on, cross-functional, and measured by volume, engagement, and conversion.

This role can be located at any Sales, Service or Delivery location in the United States.

• Plan and run top-of-funnel growth programs that increase awareness, demand, and conversion across Business Generation channels

• Partner with field and national stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, prioritize where to invest, and turn ideas into executable programs

• Own the operating rhythm for initiatives: timelines, owners, resources, and a clear view of what is working

• Track performance against a small set of KPIs (reach, engagement, opportunities, conversion) and turn results into recommendations

• Experience driving growth, demand generation, or top-of-funnel programs in a fast-moving environment

• Ability to manage cross-functional work with high attention to detail and a bias for action.

• Comfort with basic performance measurement: defining success, reading results, and recommending next steps

• Strong organization and execution; able to operate with evolving priorities and incomplete information

• A valid U.S. driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Expected Compensation

$88,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
