About the Position

Harris Health is seeking an experienced Business Financial Manager – Lab & Pharmacy to provide financial and accounting leadership while supporting the operational and strategic needs of these critical healthcare services.

In this role, you will manage finance and accounting functions and provide leadership to the financial team. You will use your expertise in financial and operational management to analyze performance, address complex financial challenges, and help leadership make informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills along with experience managing financial operations in a complex organization. Healthcare financial management experience is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required

    • Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance required or currently in progress

    • CPA preferred

  • Professional Experience

    • Minimum of 3 years of financial and/or operational management experience

    • Healthcare financial management experience preferred

    • Strong experience analyzing and solving complex financial problems

  • Management Experience

    • Minimum of 3 years of management experience preferred

    • Healthcare management experience preferred

  • Communication Skills

    • Above-average verbal communication with frequent public contact

    • Exceptional verbal and public-speaking skills

    • Strong written communication for correspondence and reports
