Business Finance Analyst
Do you have experience in Financial Analysis and Human Services and want to work for a company that positively impacts the wellbeing of the individuals it serves? In the Business Finance Analyst role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by:
- Auditing all areas of the finance operations to discover inefficiencies
- Recommending improvements to the business model
- Understanding the business process management of the company to learn the strengths and weaknesses of the companys financial situation
- Designing an alternative business process workflow
- Implementing the solutions and supervising the execution process
- Getting feedback and comments on alternative business process and acting upon them
- Staying up-to-date with developments in relevant software in the field
- Identifying the areas for improvements and business issues
Qualifications
- Masters Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of related experience in the Human Services field preferred
- Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
