Rate - $65- $70/hr on W2
Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables, review and analyze challenges requiring in-depth evaluation, and collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This role involves leading complex lifecycle initiatives, supporting cross-functional tasks, and driving process improvements within Securities Operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead complex lifecycle initiatives and support tasks, including cross-functional projects with broad impact.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within Securities Operations.
Review and analyze complex operational tasks or challenges requiring evaluation of multiple factors.
Make decisions in multi-faceted situations related to trade environments while adhering to policies and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Manage and develop expertise in operational processes such as client account onboarding, cash payments, customer service, funding operations, custodial operations, securities settlement services, structured loan operations, and general ledger reconciliation.
Resolve complex escalated issues within the scope of responsibility in Security Operations.
Research business risks, develop policies, enhance customer satisfaction, and review time-sensitive documents and transaction requests.
Lead implementation of projects, new or revised processes, and procedures requiring coordination among operation teams.
Monitor daily securities and cash-related production work and ensure team effectiveness.
Qualifications:
4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
5+ years of Securities Operations experience.
Prior experience in financial services or previous employment with Wells Fargo is considered an asset.
Strong understanding of trade settlement processes, workflow controls, and operational risk management.
Ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
