Description: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end securities operations activities including trade settlement, funding operations, custodial operations, and cash processing
• Perform daily operational monitoring and resolve escalated trade, settlement, and reconciliation issues in a timely manner
• Conduct analysis of operational workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend process improvement opportunities
• Partner with operations, risk, compliance, finance, and technology teams to support operational initiatives and strategic projects
• Perform general ledger and cash reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls
• Review and analyze operational data, transaction requests, and time-sensitive financial documents
• Support implementation of new or revised operational processes, controls, and procedures across multiple teams
• Assist with operational risk mitigation efforts and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
• Participate in incident resolution, production support activities, and operational issue management
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and reporting metrics
• Provide mentorship and operational guidance to junior team members when required

Required Skills:
Experience in Securities Operations, Trade Operations, Capital Markets Operations, or Financial Services Operations
• Strong understanding of trade settlement, securities processing, cash operations, and reconciliation processes
• Experience supporting operational risk, controls, and compliance initiatives within banking or financial services environments
• Ability to analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and support resolution efforts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within large enterprise operational environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced operational settings

Desired Skills:
• Experience with custodial operations, funding operations, or client onboarding processes
• Knowledge of operational workflows related to securities lifecycle management
• Familiarity with enterprise operational tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or workflow management platforms
• Experience supporting process improvement, operational transformation, or strategic initiatives
• Exposure to General Ledger reconciliation and financial controls
