Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop Business Excellence Leaders and Technicians supporting manufacturing operations and strategic improvement initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and employee engagement methodologies.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional leadership to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, Productivity, and overall operational performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineers, technicians, analysts, or continuous improvement professionals.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in leading Lean/Operational Excellence transformations and achieving measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Industrial Engineering, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and effectively influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
• Strong data and analytical skills, including KPI development, performance dashboards, business intelligence, and data-driven problem solving.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a closely related field.
