Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3+ years of experience as a data or project analyst in media, entertainment, or related industries.
- Experience with DEI initiatives and platforms is a plus.
Technical Skills (Must-Have):
- Strong project management and platform enhancement skills.
- Experience working with DEI stakeholders and providing solutions via Salesforce, SharePoint, or CaseIQ.
- Familiarity with SDLC, change management, and ticketing systems.
- Cloud technologies: AWS, Azure.
- ERP/SaaS systems, with preference for Workday.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
- Visualization tools: Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
- Prior experience with streaming platforms or global HR tools.
- Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Familiarity with national/global company operations.
Your New Role:
The Analyst, Enterprise Technology will play a critical role in supporting, assessing, documenting, and implementing complex business strategy initiatives. You will work across multiple business systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and processes with a focus on People & Culture tools, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) applications. This is a dynamic and collaborative position ideal for someone ready to take ownership and contribute to strategic planning and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Operations & Project Management (50%)
- Gather and transform business requirements into functional specs and technical designs.
- Manage enhancements and support efforts across the application lifecycle (design to testing and deployment).
- Conduct UAT and functional testing, train users, and ensure adherence to change management protocols.
- Provide ticket triage, resolution, SLA tracking, and reporting. Present updates during weekly reviews.
- Assist in vendor evaluations, proposal assessments, and other cross-functional initiatives.
Strategy (25%)
- Partner with stakeholders to align business needs with process improvements.
- Develop frameworks and dashboards to measure KPIs and business success.
- Contribute to strategic presentations for senior leadership.
Analytics (25%)
- Analyze business process performance and recommend improvements.
- Support strategic DEI initiatives with data and stakeholder insights.
- Engage with key partners across HR and enterprise systems to maintain alignment.
