Business Development Representative
Location: Near Utica & Syracuse, NY (Hybrid: in-office, remote, and field-based)
Base Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 + Commission

Our growing business technology solutions client is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its expanding team in Central New York. Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and engage new business opportunities through phone outreach, email campaigns, and networking
Schedule and qualify meetings with prospective clients
Collaborate with senior consultants on sales strategies and client presentations
Learn and represent a broad portfolio of business technology solutions, including: IT services and software solutions
Document management systems
Printing and mailing equipment
Workflow and office technology tools
Assist in developing proposals and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact through close
Participate in client meetings (virtual and in-person) as you grow into a consultative sales role
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal team members
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies

QualificationsInterest in sales, marketing, or business development (experience helpful but not required)

Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM or sales tools is a plus
