What your future day will look like:
  • Actively prospect within the Greenville/Spartanburg market to generate new business opportunities aligned with target client profiles.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through outreach, networking, and strategic relationship development.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and position services effectively.
  • Present solutions, prepare proposals, and guide prospects through the decision?making process.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and pipeline movement within the CRM system.
  • Support smooth transition of new clients while collaborating with leadership on complex opportunities.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles
  • Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and generate new opportunities independently
  • Confident presentation and communication skills with executive?level prospects
  • Demonstrated success closing new business and meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Organized and disciplined approach to pipeline management and CRM usage
  • Resilient, self?motivated mindset with a competitive drive to achieve results
  • The ability to pass a background and credit check
