This Business Development Specialist opportunity supports pipeline development, client outreach, and compelling proposal coordination from a Buffalo, NY location with flexible remote/hybrid options.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Business Development Specialist position include:
- 3–5 years of business-development, marketing, client-relations, or proposal experience within architecture, engineering, construction, or commercial real estate
- Working knowledge of the architecture and construction project lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience supporting proposals, presentations, client outreach, and opportunity tracking
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to develop professional relationships and communicate confidently with clients and senior leaders
- Research and identify prospective clients, projects, markets, and partnership opportunities
- Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of business opportunities
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and interview materials
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
