Business Development Representative – Commercial & Multifamily

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new business. This is a true hunter role focused on generating net-new clients and expanding market presence. You'll own the front end of the sales process, partnering closely with our estimating team to develop competitive proposals and secure profitable projects.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across multifamily, HOA, senior living, and commercial markets.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers through consistent networking, cold outreach, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive business development efforts.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying to site visits, proposal presentations, negotiations, and closing new business.
• Collaborate with the estimating team to develop accurate scopes, competitive pricing, and compelling proposals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and customer communication within CRM tools.
• Represent the company with professionalism while building long-term partnerships and generating repeat business.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of proven success in business development, B2B sales, or construction-related sales.
• Demonstrated experience generating your own leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship development.
• A relentless hunter mentality with a history of meeting or exceeding new business and revenue goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to uncover new opportunities.
• Experience in commercial construction, repainting, facilities services, or related industries is a plus.
• CRM experience preferred.
