    Position Summary

    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative. The position focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and partnering closely with recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and attending networking events.

    This role requires consistent business-to-business, in-person prospect engagement, including field-based outreach, territory management, and direct interaction with decision-makers. The Business Development Representative will also prepare sales reports, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct direct, in-person B2B prospecting and client acquisition

    • Manage territory-based outreach and relationship building with decision-makers

    • Engage in proactive field sales activities and strategic prospecting

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet established targets

    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients

    • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions

    • Prepare detailed sales reports and documentation

    • Negotiate contracts and service agreements

    • Perform market research and competitive analysis

    Requirements

    Candidate Requirements

    • 2.5–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management

    • Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and networking

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with recruitment teams

    • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales-related tools

    • Capability to prepare detailed sales reports and negotiate contracts

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

    • Prior experience in the staffing industry is a plus
